These lovely clients built a winter home in Aiken to enjoy the seasonal life. Located in the Historic Horse District they wanted to honor the feeling of a classic colonial cottage while streamlining the interiors as a counterbalance to their very traditional home up North.

Our Directive: Easy living where nothing feels too precious and above all else warm and relaxing. Hand hewn elements to complement the floors our client milled personally by hand.

What we provided: Direction throughout finishing the build, custom upholstery, soft goods, furnishings, antique rug procurement, a mix of custom and antique case pieces, layered custom window treatments, wallpaper, lighting package, styling package using a mix of client’s art/accessories and found items curated by the EI Team.
